Continental Automotive Czech Republic, part of a global automotive technology group, sought a modern solution to digitize workflows and enhance operator training on a new production line at its Brandýs nad Labem plant. The customer’s challenge was to find an advanced system capable of displaying 3D models and animations, moving beyond simple text and images, to more effectively train new operators. They turned to their partner, vendor AYES, to help them select and implement a suitable solution.

AYES implemented a customized solution using Microsoft HoloLens 2 smart glasses and TeamViewer Frontline Spatial software. The result was an intuitive system for creating digital workflows that significantly reduced the time needed to train new operators and could be applied across different factory departments. The vendor, AYES, provided comprehensive support from the initial analysis through to training, helping Continental prepare a business case that demonstrated a clear return on investment and paving the way for a potential global rollout of the technology.
