Our work has focused on identifying pathological phenotypes and endotypes in asthma. We have used (TDA) as a one of the principal tools in investigating whether or not integrated pathological endotypes of patients with asthma across the spectrum of treatment intensity exist. TDA has played an important part in helping to identifying potential pathological phenotypes in asthma.
