The customer, Airbus, operates the A220 final assembly line in Mirabel, Quebec, where a sophisticated supply chain required a more efficient procurement process. Their challenge was to optimize the sourcing of thousands of custom components by standardizing and automating their request for quotation (RFQ) process, which was previously managed through emails and was time-consuming.
