Case Study: Eurochamp achieves transparent, objective mushroom quality control and fair supplier pricing with AxxonSoft's Intellect platform

Intellect-Based Security and Monitoring System Installed at Eurochamp, Spain

Eurochamp, a Spanish supplier of fresh artificially grown mushrooms, was struggling with frequent disputes from partners over product quality and payment because it had no reliable way to verify suppliers’ claims. To solve this, Eurochamp chose AxxonSoft’s Intellect open software platform—integrated with Brickcom IP cameras and installed by partner WAF—to build an intellect‑based security and monitoring system that would record and document quality evaluations.

AxxonSoft’s implementation standardized the inspection protocol, added barcode visual tags to inventory, and recorded evaluations with 17 cameras (including two 5‑MP side views and one overhead), three servers and three remote workstations; the Intellect system also provides searchable video so suppliers can review their product assessments. The result was a transparent, auditable quality-control process that smoothed supplier relationships, reduced disputes, and improved tracking and pricing accuracy.
