A AxxonSoft Case Study
Mexico City International Airport, one of the busiest airports in Mexico and Latin America, needed to modernize and unify its security operations as passenger volumes grew. Working with AxxonSoft and its Axxon One VMS platform, the airport set out to combine existing analog systems with new IP cameras and AI-driven video analytics into a single, proactive security environment.
AxxonSoft implemented an AI-powered unified video security system with 2,300 surveillance cameras, two Command and Control Monitoring Centers, and tools such as facial recognition, LPR, intelligent search, and real-time analytics. The result was centralized monitoring across all terminals and zones, fewer blind spots, faster incident response, and improved protection for passengers, staff, and airport infrastructure.
