Artech Residences, a luxury oceanfront condominium in Aventura, Florida, needed a more reliable and unified security system. Before working with AxxonSoft, the property’s cameras and security tools operated in silos, creating integration problems, coverage gaps, and frequent service disruptions. The project centered on AxxonSoft’s Axxon One VMS to replace the fragmented setup with a centralized, scalable solution.

AxxonSoft implemented Axxon One as the core platform, integrating more than 75 cameras and existing access control systems while upgrading the infrastructure from coaxial cable to fiber optics. The result was a more cohesive and dependable security environment with fewer disruptions and stronger resident protection. Artech Residences also has a roadmap to expand with additional cameras, access control, door monitoring, and AI video analytics for even greater efficiency and safety.
