ADP Security Command Centre: Empowering Security Monitoring with Innovative Surveillance Technologies

ADP Centre (part of the ADP group) provides hardware and software security monitoring across Singapore and needed a way to centrally monitor remote facilities without round‑the‑clock operator fatigue. Key requirements included video analytics to reduce manual review, two‑way audio between sites, map-based location functions, and remote relay I/O control, plus the ability to integrate existing cameras from multiple manufacturers. ADP selected AxxonSoft and its Axxon Next 4 security system to meet these needs.

AxxonSoft deployed Axxon Next 4 with a 32‑channel server in the Operation Command and Control Centre and five remote client stations, connecting 20 ADP Centre facilities and existing ONVIF cameras. The solution enabled analytics (including MomentQuest line‑crossing), remote audio communications and mobile access for managers, supporting several successful incident investigations and faster, centralized monitoring — delivering measurable coverage of 20 sites, a 32‑channel core server and improved operational responsiveness.
