Q-Park, one of Europe’s leading car park management companies, needed a more efficient way to plan resources and maintain service continuity across more than 300 parking sites in Norway. To support its car park management operations, Q-Park adopted Axxerion’s Spacewell software for reactive and preventive maintenance, service tickets, work orders, analytics, and KPI reporting.

Axxerion implemented integrated facilities software (CAFM/IWMS) built on a central database of spaces, assets, and operations, with mobile access for technicians in the field. The result was organization-wide time savings, better collaboration between dispatch, maintenance managers, and field staff, and stronger KPI reporting for better decision-making, including tracking interventions, subcontractor activity, response times, and SLA compliance.
