Livelo, founded in 2014, is one of Brazil’s leading loyalty program providers, serving more than 20 million members through partnerships with 340+ companies and access to 800,000+ products and services. As a born-online business, Livelo depends on APIs to connect front- and back-end systems and trading partners; its legacy on‑premises integration stack could not meet the availability, scalability and cost-efficiency required to support rapid partner onboarding and growing transaction volumes.
To address this, Livelo adopted Axway’s Amplify API Management Platform and a multicloud integration architecture, using API gateways to unify web, mobile, CRM and chatbot channels with external partners. The solution delivered high availability for millions of daily API calls, accelerated time-to-market for new data-driven services, enabled seamless omnichannel customer experiences and helped establish an API-first development culture with plans for a centralized API portal.
