Groupe AGRICA is a French social protection organization that manages retirement, insurance and healthcare benefits for more than one million workers and 725,000 retirees from over 200,000 member companies. To keep mission-critical services running, the company needed to exchange sensitive data with about 30 institutional, banking, insurance and government partners — managing 700+ complex file-transfer flows (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one) securely, reliably and cost-effectively without expanding IT overhead.

Working with Axway and implementation partner Adelius, AGRICA migrated to Axway’s next‑generation MFT stack (SecureTransport, Central Governance, Transfer CFT) with Sentinel monitoring and a high‑availability cluster, enabling multi‑protocol connectivity and standardized integration patterns. The solution accelerated building complex flows, reduced day‑to‑day management of 700 flows so IT could focus on innovation, strengthened governance and controls for sensitive data, and improved availability to lower business risk.
