Monoprix is a leading French retailer with over 500 stores, a growing e-commerce channel and millions of daily transactions. As its business and IT landscape became more complex, orders were increasingly at risk of being blocked or lost across disparate systems, threatening SLAs, timely store replenishment and same‑day/next‑day delivery commitments.
