Deploying Axway B2Bi to boost capacity, ensure reliability and govern the flow of data

ADEC (Association Droit Electronique et Communication) is the intermediary that manages electronic communications and funds transfers for France’s bailiffs, handling communications between 3,000 bailiffs and 110 public and private partners. Faced with frequent system crashes, insufficient capacity, costly managed‑service fees and the need for 24/7 availability and strict data confidentiality, ADEC needed to boost throughput, reliability and control costs without relying on a third‑party provider.

ADEC implemented Axway B2Bi and Sentinel, with close Axway support to install, stabilize and monitor the platform. The solution automated and governed all transmissions, internalized software and personnel, and eliminated managed services, enabling ADEC to process 1.5 million transactions per month and several tens of millions of euros in transfers. Results included higher capacity with no overloads, greater autonomy, lower operating costs, improved reliability and comprehensive end‑to‑end monitoring.
