Bolloré Group, a diversified French conglomerate of over 300 companies and 34,000 employees, needed a centralized, secure file-transfer solution after changing its central HR system. The challenge was to ensure encrypted, reliable exchanges of sensitive payroll and HR data across many subsidiaries and external partners while keeping administration simple and avoiding additional IT resources.

Following a proof-of-concept, Bolloré deployed Axway SecureTransport centrally. The solution automates and secures transfers with robust protocols, automatic retries/resubmits and real-time reporting, resulting in reduced administrative effort, proven security and reliability (no adverse incidents in a year), easier use for subsidiaries and partners, and flexibility to support future acquisitions and projects.
