Axway MailGate Reduces Risk Through Email Security and Antispam Capabilities

Irish Life & Permanent, a leading Irish financial services group with over 1 million customers and more than 5,000 staff, faced rapidly growing online communications that pushed its email system toward capacity. Increasing volumes of spam, viruses and other unwanted content were degrading delivery performance and exposing the business to security risk, creating an urgent need for an integrated policy, spam and antivirus solution to protect some 5,500 employees and restore reliable email service.
