Société Financière de Distribution (SFD), the retail-distribution subsidiary of SFR operating 300 “Espace SFR” stores across France, needed to modernize its IT to support rapid growth in a highly competitive mobile-retail market. SFD deployed Axway’s EAI solution centered on the Synchrony platform (with Automator, Transfer CFT, Integrator, Sentinel, Gateway and Managed File Transfer) to automate nightly transaction extraction, ERP enrichment, logistics provisioning and BI feeds—Synchrony now handles about 95% of data flows and 120+ formats.
