Experience Dynamics Uses Axure RP to Help NaviNet Quadruple New Customer Acquisition

NaviNet, America’s largest real-time healthcare communications network serving over 420,000 providers and 60% of U.S. health plans, hired Experience Dynamics to transform its brochure-style website into a modern lead-nurturing channel. The goals were to increase landing-page conversions and homepage click-throughs, reduce confusion between existing users and new prospects, and time the relaunch with the debut of its flagship platform, NaviNet Open.

Experience Dynamics used a user-centered design process—interviewing buyers, building personas, and iterating Axure RP wireframes in usability tests—to clarify messaging (especially around NaviNet Open) and streamline the customer journey. One month after launch the site saw a 21% increase in visitors, a 23% rise in landing-page conversion rate, homepage bounce rate fall from 50.4% to 24.5%, and a 400% increase in new customers (sustained at 300–400% lift six months post-launch).
