Experience Dynamics Uses Axure RP to Help NaviNet Quadruple New Customer Acquisition

NaviNet, America’s largest real-time healthcare communications network serving over 420,000 providers and 60% of U.S. health plans, needed to transform its brochure-style website into a modern lead-nurturing channel. The company hired Experience Dynamics to increase landing-page conversions and homepage click-throughs, reduce confusion between existing-user portal login and new prospect journeys, and time the redesign with the launch of its flagship platform, NaviNet Open.

Experience Dynamics used a user-centered design process—interviewing buyers, building personas, and rapidly prototyping in Axure RP—to test and iterate wireframes and interactions (including a reworked diagnostic quiz) until messaging and flows were clear. One month after launch the site delivered a 21% increase in visitors, a 23% lift in landing-page conversion rate, a homepage bounce rate drop from 50.4% to 24.5%, and a roughly 400% increase in new customer acquisition (sustaining a 300–400% lift at six months).
