Middle Atlantic Products, a division of Legrand |AV, needed to replace antiquated, download‑based quoting and ordering tools to improve the user experience for its channel partners and customers. To avoid costly custom development and deliver enhanced visualization, mobility and interactivity, Middle Atlantic selected Axonom’s Powertrak 2D Product Configurator as the core of a new cloud‑based configure-price-quote and portal solution with NetPRM hosting and Salesforce.com integration.

Axonom implemented Powertrak’s drag‑and‑drop 2D visual configurator, bundled quoting features and project management tools so users can design, quote and order racks from any device in real time. The solution now supports 43,000 components, more than 10,000 registered users within a year, added 17 rack series, and earned industry recognition (2018 Platinum Award); Middle Atlantic reports streamlined quote‑to‑cash, higher average order values and simplified ordering through single part numbers and improved partner transactions.
