Life Fitness Shares Experience Using Powertrak 3D CPQ

Life Fitness, the global commercial fitness equipment company, needed a way for its sales team and distributors to visualize increasingly complex, configurable Hammer Strength products and to create accurate quotes and facility layouts. To meet that challenge they chose Axonom’s Powertrak 3D CPQ (Powertrak Visual & Virtual CPQ) as a web-based visual configurator and VR-enabled tool to help reps build designs, price solutions, and present layouts to customers.

Axonom implemented Powertrak 3D CPQ and Powertrak Virtual Reality across Life Fitness (about 150 internal users), providing interactive 3D product models, drag-and-drop room design, real-time BOM and pricing, and VR walkthroughs showcased at IHRSA 2018. The Axonom solution improved customer experience and sales efficiency by enabling on-the-spot, accurate quotes, preventing invalid configurations with its rules engine, translating designs into executed installs (e.g., Ole Miss), and generating strong trade-show and marketing impact.
