The Arbor Day Foundation, the world’s largest tree-planting nonprofit with nearly one million members, needed to replace an aging, custom-built member relationship system with a single, extensible CRM to manage growing interactions with members, corporate sponsors, and government partners. Axonom built and deployed custom xRM applications — including the Tree Campus USA workflow and an external collaboration portal — enabling the Foundation to develop in weeks rather than months. As a result, Arbor Day Foundation reduced application development time by 300%, supports about 60 daily users on xRM-built apps, has rolled out custom solutions for roughly 15 programs, increased scalability and employee productivity, and expanded programs without adding staff.
