iPractice Group, a Nashville-based healthcare IT firm, needed to automate its professional services time entry, project billing and sales quoting processes on top of an existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online deployment. The vendor’s cloud offering and quick-start setup enabled implementation of Powertrak Time and Billing in less than one day, cutting costs, consolidating the revenue cycle, and delivering rapid, measurable business process automation.
