To consolidate CRM and business processes, MSI partnered with Microsoft partners Axonom and KnowledgeDNA, selecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and deploying Axonom’s PowerTrak add-on to provide advanced portals, forecasting, and workflow capabilities.
Axonom’s PowerTrak, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, KnowledgeDNA’s KDNA, and MSI’s accounting system, created a single unified data repository and automated bid and document management. The combined solution sped bid certification processing by up to 85% (reducing typical bid preparation from 4–8 hours to under an hour, often 20–30 minutes), improved lead handling, forecasting, and resource management, and delivered an estimated $2.3 million return on investment.
