70,000 SaaS Users Leverage VCS’ Hosted Partner Program

Vertical Cloud Service, a managed hosting provider for Microsoft Dynamics and Acumatica customers, needed to scale and automate its partner channel—managing a large Microsoft/Acumatica partner community, streamlining partner interactions and transactions, and extending automated quoting and ordering to partners for a peak SaaS user base exceeding 70,000. To meet these needs, Vertical Cloud Service selected Axonom and its Powertrak configure-price-quote (CPQ) and Powertrak Partner Portal.

Axonom implemented Powertrak CPQ and the Powertrak Partner Portal to provide an end-to-end quote-to-cash solution and self-service tools for partners, including quoting and ordering, training, marketing resources, and sales support. The deployment allowed Vertical Cloud Service to rapidly configure processes to dynamic requirements, enable partner self-service at scale, and support over 70,000 SaaS users during peak season, improving partner enablement and transaction efficiency.
