Improving Resident Services And Transparency With Axon

Hidden Valley Lake Association, which serves about 7,000 residents in Northern California, needed a tech-forward way to protect residents’ due process rights and provide transparent, professional security services. Facing repeated he-said/she-said disputes and costly litigation, HVLA partnered with Axon to deploy body-worn cameras—specifically Axon Body 3 devices—and the Axon Network for evidence capture and management.

Axon’s body cameras and cloud platform automatically capture, upload, and store incident video, enabling on-scene de-escalation, easier evidence sharing with public agencies, and fast resolution of complaints. As a result, Axon helped HVLA achieve a major decline in complaints and a reduction in fraudulent claims, lowering liability and litigation costs while improving transparency and resident trust.
