Using Axon Body 3 footage, WinTech revised training and identified ergonomic and workflow issues that were previously invisible, justifying investments in lift‑assist equipment and process changes. With Axon video insights they reduced fatigue and risk and more than doubled output on one line—from 350 units per day to over 750 units per day—while improving overall safety and efficiency.
