Triple T Energy Services, an oilfield service company in Alberta, faced slow, error-prone administration from paper timesheets and spreadsheet-based tracking for tickets, payroll, equipment and maintenance. As a result Triple T cut administrative staff from three to one (reducing headcount by roughly half and eliminating 3–4 positions), estimates $150,000–$200,000 saved annually, processes work 2–3× faster, responds to customers in seconds instead of minutes, and enables one person to manage operations for ~30 trucks.
