Tilley Trucking, an oilfield trucking company based in Marlow, OK that runs for major operators like Halliburton and Baker Hughes, was struggling with slow, fragmented back-office processes for billing, payroll, fuel tax/IFTA and maintenance records. To address these inefficiencies they adopted Axon’s real-time trucking software in April 2012 to centralize dispatch, payroll, fuel reporting and record-keeping.

Axon delivered a single system that consolidated payroll, IFTA reporting, maintenance logs and driver statements, enabling faster audits and easier owner-operator tracking. As a result payroll processing shrank from about a week to a couple of hours, IFTA work that took roughly two weeks is now a single report, and office staff handling invoicing fell from four–five people to three—even as the fleet and revenue grew in 2012–2013.
