Roadex Services Ltd., a North American long‑haul carrier hauling RVs and general freight with an average fleet of about 60 trucks, faced slow, manual back‑office processes for IFTA fuel tax, workers’ compensation, payroll, invoicing and reporting. To address this, Roadex implemented Axon software (later upgrading to Axon’s Enterprise version) to replace their legacy system and automate critical financial, payroll and dispatch workflows.

Axon automated IFTA and workers’ compensation filings, driver settlements, payroll and flexible invoicing while providing powerful history and management reporting. As a result, Roadex now completes quarterly tax and compliance reports in hours instead of days, can process 40 invoices in under 30 minutes, and the controller’s workload dropped by roughly one‑third to two‑thirds. Axon’s reporting also improved receivables management and profitability analysis, enabling fleet growth from about 40 to 60 trucks without increasing office headcount.
