Axon Software delivered a unified platform that automated dispatch, billing, settlements and reporting, enabling Regal to track costs and profitability by truck, lane and empty miles, generate IFTA reports, email subsidiary ledgers, and produce custom management reports. The result: easier receivables collection, faster driver settlements, and operational efficiencies that allowed Regal to redistribute work and avoid hiring roughly four to five positions—paying for Axon through personnel savings over three years—while also preventing disruption when their old system failed shortly after go-live.
