IMT Transport, an Iowa-based trucking company, needed a way to handle piecework, routing, revenue allocation, and reporting more efficiently as it grew from 15–20 trucks to a much larger fleet. Before Axon Software, the company relied on a homemade Excel-based system and struggled to find software that could support its transportation billing and operational needs.
