Caddo Mills Freight LLC, a Texas-based owner/operator trucking and leasing company, was struggling with fragmented operations, manual data entry (QuickBooks and spreadsheets), slow invoicing and paperwork bottlenecks that limited growth. In August 2015 they adopted Axon Software to consolidate dispatch, accounting and fuel data into a single system.

Axon Software automated fuel imports, centralized paperwork and reporting, and integrated dispatch-to-receivables so one entry updates books and driver statements. As a result Caddo Mills cut invoicing time from a week to one day, reduced errors and staff needs, grew its fleet from ~30 to 40–50 trucks (about 20 more) while achieving ~50% growth over two years, and the Axon Software investment paid for itself in the first year.
