BDS, a heavy-haul and fluid-hauling trucking company based in Alberta and North Dakota, was struggling to keep up with rapid growth and manual, paper-based invoicing and payroll processes. After starting with about 11 trucks, the company needed a faster way to handle tickets, billing, and owner-operator management, and turned to Axon Software and its driver app.

Axon Software streamlined BDS’s workflow by letting drivers upload tickets directly through the Axon Link app, speeding invoice processing from about an hour to roughly five minutes and enabling same-day billing. The company grew to 80 trucks in less than six months while adding only three office staff, avoiding the need for an estimated 10–15 extra employees and helping protect cash flow and customer satisfaction.
