Ultimate Coaching, a Woking-based football and multisports coaching provider, needed a modern website that would appeal to younger audiences while also serving coaches, headteachers and corporate clients. They required staff to be able to update content themselves and to sell course places online. AXLR8 was chosen—based on prior work and existing integration with its FastTrack CRM—to redevelop the site using WordPress, WooCommerce and SecureHosting payment processing.

AXLR8 built a WordPress site with WooCommerce product management, SecureHosting payments and integration with the AXLR8 FastTrack CRM (including the Mailing Manager). The result: staff can update the site and download orders, Google Analytics shows increased visitor numbers, targeted mass emails have driven measurable booking traffic and boosted birthday party business, and payment/order handling is now faster and more cost‑effective.
