Leading Hospitality Company, a provider of high-calibre event staffing and industry training, was struggling with rapid growth and a tangle of spreadsheets and free apps that made recruitment, event planning, briefing and client invoicing inconsistent and hard to scale. To centralize processes and improve consistency they selected AXLR8 and its Staff Management System to replace disparate tools and provide staff and client portals, event management, payroll and invoicing capabilities.

AXLR8 delivered a cloud-based Staff Management System, migrated about 3,000 staff and clients, and worked with the company and external consultants to customize workflows. The implementation automated recruitment processing, event and shift bookings (with clash prevention), payroll (export-ready for Sage) and sales invoicing (import to Xero), improved reporting and reduced administrative effort—results the Managing Director said exceeded expectations and produced a “huge impact” on payroll and invoicing.
