A AXLR8 Case Study
Kingston Business School engaged AXLR8 to develop and market the 3rd International Conference on Contemporary Marketing Issues (ICCMI) website and to grow its delegate mailing list. The challenge was to create a professional, easy-to-update site that would appeal to marketing academics, encourage paper submissions and registrations, and expand the mailing list internationally; Kingston invested in AXLR8’s WebFastTrack/ Mailing Manager tools and newsletter capabilities to meet these goals.
AXLR8 built a WordPress site with PageBuilder, added a “Subscribe to our Mailing List” form, provided on-site training, and integrated Google Analytics and AXLR8 WebFastTrack profiling and data-cleaning tools. As a result, website activity and international visitor tracking improved, prospective delegate lists grew in countries not previously reached, staff can update content themselves, and AXLR8’s targeting tools enable more relevant emailshots (for example, mailings segmented by country) to reduce unsubscribes and deliver cleaner, more actionable marketing data.
