Generating a sales pipeline within weeks

Nonsuch Mansion, a restored Georgian events venue managed by Bovingdons, needed to rapidly market the space and generate revenue to repay a major capital investment. AXLR8 was chosen (working with Williams Design) to deliver a new website and CRM solution — notably the AXLR8FastTrack system — to drive enquiries and create a sales pipeline within weeks.

AXLR8 implemented a keyword-optimized website integrated with AXLR8FastTrack, plus social media, a WordPress blog, an HTML newsletter builder and tracking; AXLR8Trigaware automation was later added for alerts and payment reminders. Traffic climbed from ~30 to ~60 visits/day (peak 131) and enquiries rose to about 20/day, prompting a new hire; AXLR8FastTrack became the sole CRM within six months, with contacts migrated from Act!, clear sales-pipeline reporting, and measurable improvements in marketing and revenue visibility.
