Brand Embassy, a talent-management agency that runs promotional and modelling campaigns for top clients like Bentley, needed a scalable, localised system to manage a large, geographically dispersed casual staff bank. After outgrowing a local Austrian solution, Brand Embassy chose AXLR8 in 2012 to automate and localise staff-facing processes including applications, staff portal, payroll/timesheets and compliance to meet Austrian employment and immigration requirements.

AXLR8 deployed its cloud-based workforce management platform (CRM, online applications, staff portal, availability calendar, payroll/expenses, visa alerts and reporting) and localised field labels, menus and documents for Austrian law. The solution sped up application and payroll processing, reduced communication overhead and costly errors, enforced visa/work‑permit rules (automatically preventing booking of staff with expired permits) and produced management reports — enabling Brand Embassy’s small central team to efficiently run campaigns ranging from 4 people to 500 people per day while saving time and lowering risk.
