Bexley Council, a local authority in Southeast London, faced challenges with data duplication across its systems, which created integrity risks and reduced operational efficiency. The council engaged Axis12 to re-architect its data integration strategy, aiming to position Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a single source of truth for its Drupal 10 website and other systems.

Axis12 implemented a solution using REST APIs to create custom Drupal webform components that pull data from Dynamics in real time. The project included OS Places integration for address accuracy and a secure email verification component. As a result, manual data reconciliation was minimized and thousands of form submissions have been processed with higher data quality. Axis12 successfully streamlined the council's operations by establishing Dynamics as its central data system.
