Texas Title Loans, LLC, a chain of 14 short-term loan storefronts across Texas, was struggling with fuzzy analog CCTV, slow and fragmented DVR retrieval, and vulnerability to power outages. They needed higher‑resolution network video with off‑site storage, a secure web portal and managed support; Axis Communications was chosen, deploying AXIS M1031‑W network cameras and the AXIS Video Hosting System as part of a hosted video solution.

ASG Security implemented the solution using Axis Communications’ cameras with Secure‑i Hosted Video Recorder streaming to ASG’s secure data center, enabling one‑click camera connection, two‑way audio, and browser access to live and recorded footage. The deployment (two AXIS cameras per store across 14 sites) improved identification of suspects, sped incident retrieval for law enforcement, reduced capital and IT costs (avoiding hiring two full‑time IT staff), and gave corporate remote control for resets, quality monitoring, loss prevention and staff coaching.
