A Axis Communications Case Study

Preview of the Stones Gambling Hall Case Study

Stones Gambling Hall deploys deep Axis portfolio for robust, creative casino security solution

Stones Gambling Hall, a card house in Citrus Heights, California, needed discreet, high-resolution surveillance that preserved its saloon-style atmosphere while protecting fast-moving, high-stakes card games and money-counting areas. To meet that challenge they engaged Axis Communications (via systems integrator CCS) to leverage Axis’ network camera portfolio and associated products.

CCS deployed a mix of Axis Communications cameras (including AXIS P3346‑V, AXIS P3384, AXIS P12 Series, AXIS Q6045 PTZ and AXIS P3364 with I/O) managed through Genetec Omnicast running on Dell PowerEdge servers. The solution delivered HDTV detail for game and cash areas, remote PTZ control to re-focus on busy games, discrete mounting to maintain aesthetics, and a button-triggered snapshot workflow for IRS reporting on transactions over $10,000—resulting in stronger evidence capture, easier regulatory compliance, and improved patron safety.
