Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak needed to secure its high-value exhibition at the Designblok 2022 festival in Prague. The challenge involved preventing theft and ensuring perimeter security for the temporary site while also accurately counting visitors to measure the exhibit's engagement and ROI. They engaged vendor Axis Communications and its partner NetRex to address these needs.

The solution from Axis Communications and NetRex involved installing AXIS dome cameras with a people counting analytics application above the entrances and an AXIS M31 dome camera with motion detection for after-hours security. The system provided 95-99% accurate data, counting nearly 17,000 visitors in five days, and enabled real-time communication via an audio system.
