Children’s Bureau, Inc., a long-standing Los Angeles nonprofit serving children and families, needed to replace an antiquated analog video system to protect hundreds of children, staff and visitors across its busy facility. To improve image quality and simplify video management, the organization chose Axis Communications and its AXIS Camera Station solution.

Axis Communications, with partners Ingram Micro and integrator American Threat Assessment Consulting, Inc., deployed a full IP system—replacing over 20 analog cameras and centralizing footage on an AXIS Camera Station S10 Recorder. The installation (including AXIS Q1765-LE, P3367-VE, P3224-LVE and P3215-V cameras) delivered markedly better picture clarity and an 18x zoom for the parking lot, enabled quick video retrieval for incident review, and gave staff greater peace of mind.
