Defense Contractor faced the need to pass annual DoD and government audits while managing multiple hard‑to‑administer multi‑factor authentication systems and lacking the on‑prem expertise to maintain them. Axiad Cloud was engaged to provide comprehensive user authentication, machine authentication, and trustworthy digital interactions across the organization and its partners.

Axiad replaced multiple on‑premise systems—deploying FIPS 140‑2 Level 2 USB keys, mobile soft tokens and Hello for Business, HW OTP tokens, machine and system authentication certificates (for domain controllers, VMs and SCCM), SSL certificates for public servers, and transaction authentication via the Axiad Cloud Federal Bridge—delivering authentication, signature and encryption across the environment. As a result, Axiad enabled the Defense Contractor to pass audits, meet operational requirements, reduce costs and free up their IT team.
