Movement Mortgage, a fast-growing U.S. mortgage company with more than 3,500 employees across 650+ locations, faced a broken intranet: a static, manually updated “Frankennet” with no search and low engagement. The Communications team needed an intuitive, maintainable platform that would actually deliver timely information to busy loan officers and staff.

They implemented Communifire and appointed Liz Foster as Lead Communications Coordinator to simplify content, create moderated department “spaces,” and drive adoption with the Daily Digest newsletter, social features, badges and daily activity monitoring.
