ValVital modernizes its HRIS thanks to Axelor’s Low Code ERP

ValVital, the second-largest thermal spa operator in France, faced a significant challenge in its HR department. The group, which manages over a thousand employees across 15 companies, needed a robust and flexible solution to handle constant regulatory changes, automate its aging HRIS processes, and integrate with its existing Docusign software.

The company implemented Axelor's Low Code ERP to modernize its HR operations. Axelor’s solution automated key processes, integrated with Docusign to allow contract signing from a phone, and provided the flexibility to adapt to new regulations. As a result, ValVital now processes between 500 and 600 contracts annually with far fewer errors and has gained significant time savings and responsiveness, leading to a strengthened partnership with Axelor.
