A Axelor Case Study
Fnath, a national French association for victims of work-related accidents and illnesses, faced challenges with its multi-level membership process, which led to long processing times and difficulty obtaining up-to-date member lists. To address this, they chose to implement a low code platform from vendor Axelor to centralize and dematerialize their data management and improve service delivery.
Axelor implemented its solution, which included transferring all of Fnath's data and training staff and volunteers. The results were significant, enabling optimized member management and a new legal consultation platform for 100,000 members. This allows the federation to handle 20,000 legal cases annually and provide responses within 48 hours, drastically improving member service while setting the stage for future expansion.
