How Axelor opened up new markets for Cdiscount

Octopia, a subsidiary of Cdiscount operating a leading European marketplace, faced the challenge of an aging and inflexible ERP system. They needed to centralize information and offer a key service to their sellers: an automated invoicing system. To address this, they turned to vendor Axelor and its open source ERP solution.

Axelor implemented its low code platform to build a customized, automated invoicing service for Octopia’s sellers. The solution integrated with Cdiscount and Octopia’s APIs and included a specific registration process. The project was a success, with the solution quickly being adopted. As a result, nearly 200 vendors began using the new system, which has now been rolled out to all sellers across the European Union.
