Barkene, a security group comprised of multiple federated companies, sought to harmonize its management processes and integrate its 15 entities following a period of growth. Each entity had its own tools, so the challenge was to find a unique, flexible, and open-source ERP solution to unify operations and bring autonomy to the organization. They chose the low-code, open-source Axelor ERP platform to address this need.

The Axelor solution was implemented over eight months using an agile workshop approach, enabling Barkene to become completely autonomous in developing its own functionalities. Key results include a custom module for tracking technician interventions via a mobile app, a system for managing equipment maintenance and warranties, and a real-time project margin tracking module. Axelor provided the flexibility to define unique processes, supported the group's rapid growth without additional licensing costs, and created a unified language across all entities.
