How Otto Creates an Enormous Amount of Product Descriptions

Otto, Germany’s largest online store, needed a scalable way to create and update a huge volume of unique product descriptions across more than 15 categories. The manual effort was difficult to manage, especially as the descriptions had to provide real added value to readers and support higher conversions.

To solve this, Otto used AX Semantics’ automated content creation software to generate product descriptions from PIM data and update content centrally across all relevant texts.
