Viocorp is a Sydney-based enterprise video platform and live-event producer that delivers multiscreen streaming and VOD for enterprises and governments. Faced with growing customer demand for more simultaneous live productions, global reach, and feature-rich outputs (immediate live-to-VOD, DVR, captions and up to 12–18 bitrates for diverse devices), the company needed a scalable, resilient video-processing infrastructure without heavy investment in on-premises hardware.

Viocorp moved core processing to Elemental Cloud while keeping redundant on-premises contribution encoders, using Elemental Live encoders into an Elemental Delta origin and CDN delivery to ensure end-to-end resiliency and just-in-time packaging. The cloud workflow let Viocorp spin up regional deployments, scale dynamically and cost-effectively, and maintain a flawless delivery record: it streamed AWS re:Invent and global summits (keynotes receiving 68,000 and 58,000+ views), sustained a five-year 100% live-stream success rate, and increased cloud-based live production usage from about 15% to an anticipated 70%.
